Responsibilities

Overseas Growth Strategy Management

Oversee the overseas market growth framework, develop and execute overall market strategies and growth targets.

Market Insight & Localization Strategy

Conduct in-depth analysis of local OTA industry and consumer needs, drive localization of products, content, and marketing initiatives, and formulate effective channel growth strategies.

Brand & Marketing Integration

Lead global brand building, manage performance advertising, media communication, and end-to-end marketing campaign planning and execution.

Growth Channel Expansion & Management

Direct SEO/SEM, social media traffic acquisition, and advertising campaigns (Google/Facebook/TikTok, etc.), continuously optimizing channel performance.

Budget Management & ROI Optimization

Manage marketing budgets, maintain strict cost control, and assume accountability for overseas market growth and return on investment.

Data-Driven Approach & Risk Control

Establish overseas business data dashboards to monitor key metrics; anticipate policy and market risks to ensure compliant operations.

Team Building & Cross-Regional Collaboration

Build and manage overseas operations teams, design performance evaluation systems, and efficiently coordinate domestic and international product and technical resources to facilitate cross-time zone collaboration.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or a related field

5+ years of experience in marketing and team management, with familiarity in European/North American markets

Proven track record of leading projects with annual revenue exceeding $50 million

Industry Expertise

Deep understanding of the OTA industry and Western markets

Strong market insight, analytical skills, and entertainment marketing resources

Management & Collaboration

Skilled in leading cross-functional/regional teams to drive business collaboration and achieve results

Language Requirements

Fluent in English and Mandarin
