Cancellation Policy:
* 25 or more days prior to the departure date - NO penalty fee will be charged
* 16-24 days prior to the departure date - 25% penalty fee will be charged
* 10-15 days prior to the departure date - 50% penalty fee will be charged
* No refund for cancellation within 9 days prior to the departure date

If visitors cannot join the tour because of personal reasons, the fee for hotels and transportation is not refundable.

The itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather.

In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), the tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.

This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort on the departure date. Otherwise, we will stop providing services on the day.

We make every effort to provide on-time service but we don't guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point at a specific time. The tour may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical problem.

If the attractions are closed due to holidays, the tour more likely will stop at the entrances for a photo opportunity.

Due to the popularity of the tours during high season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service to replace. Please understand.

Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.
