Itinerary

Monterey is a rich and entertaining mix of wildlife, stunning coastal views and important history. On its streets you can walk in the steps of figures like Grapes of Wrath author John Steinbeck, who spent years living in and writing about this fascinating area. After a pickup from a convenient hotel in San Francisco, you’ll be swept into a Pacific Coast wonderland. You’ll cruise along California State Route 1 toward Monterey and be entertained by the picturesque Pacific Ocean coastline. Grab a selfie with the Pacific Ocean as your backdrop! Keep an eye out for the sea otters playing in the waters of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. This underwater park stretches along the coast from San Francisco to Cambria and is home to hundreds of species of marine mammals, birds, and fish. In Monterey, you’ll have two hours of free time to explore. That’s plenty of time to visit the world-famous Monterey Bay Aquarium. Or use the time to stroll out to Lovers’ Point or check out the many boutiques that line historic Cannery Row. Grab a fresh seafood lunch at Old Fisherman’s Wharf. Back on your tour vehicle, you’ll be treated to more beauty on the 17-Mile Drive. This scenic road winds its way through the Del Monte Forest between magnificent homes, spectacular coastline and Pebble Beach golf course. Catch a photo of the hardy Lone Cyprus Tree. After our Pacific beach tour, you’ll experience the enchanting vibe of the town of Carmel-by-the-Sea. We encourage guests to do their part and take the following “Touring Etiquette” precautions:
* Wash hands often with soap and water prior to boarding
* Bring a supply of disinfecting wipes for use while away from the tour vehicle
* Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with your hands
* Cover any cough or sneeze with a tissue and dispose of it
* Any flu-like symptoms, should reschedule their tour date

Cancellation Policy:

4 days or more prior to departure Date, the tour fee can be refunded after deducting $40.00 fees; Inside 4 days prior to departure, non-refundable.

We use a 13-passenger van or a 36 pax minibus for this tour.

Baggage allowance policy:
This tour doesn't expect our guests to have luggage (suitcases and such). If guests do, they need to notify us 48 hours in advance and the luggage policy should apply.

We offer pick-up at major hotels in downtown San Francisco or Fisherman's Wharf area. Please including your hotel location when booking. We will confirm the pick-up time for you.

For child under 8 years old:
Please note that for your child's safety, we require you to bring a child safety seat or booster seat for all children that are not at least 8 years of age or 4' 9" or 144 cm in height as dictated by California State Law. You will be required to provide your own child seat on all motor vehicle tours. Failure to provide a seat for your child will result in forfeiture of your seats on the tour without refund. If your child is 8 years or older or 4’9” in height you do not need to provide a child seat, however, please let us know.

Pick-up time is from 7:30am am to 8:00am. Please arrive at the pick-up location 10-15 minutes prior to the departure time.

As a courtesy to fellow passengers, it's important to be on time. If clients are late or miss a scheduled pick-up time for the tour, please contact our office IMMEDIATELY. An alternative pick-up location may be arranged at the customer's expense, subject to availability. Any guest who misses their tour entirely will forfeit their seat on the tour. No refunds will be issued.

We will assess a cleaning fee of up to $100 for any passenger who permanently stains or renders this vehicle temporarily unfit for passengers due to spillage of any substance such that the vehicle must be taken out of service and cleaned.
