Rathaus Map / Location

Vienna's Rathaus or Town Hall is one of the most beautiful municipal buildings in all of Europe! It was designed in Neo-Gothic style by architect Friedrich von Schmidt. Vienna Town Hall was constructed from 1872-83. It houses municipal administration offices in additional to being the official seat of Vienna city council and the mayor. The building also contains the notable Wiener Rathauskeller restaurant.
