Seoraksan Map / Location

Seorak Mountain is one of South Korea’s most famous national parks and a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Known for its dramatic granite peaks, deep valleys, and diverse flora, the park attracts hikers year-round. In autumn, Seoraksan is especially popular as its mountainsides turn vibrant shades of red and gold, creating one of the country’s most spectacular foliage displays. Visitors can hike trails ranging from easy walks to challenging climbs, take the Seorak Cable Car for panoramic views, or visit Sinheungsa Temple, home to a massive bronze Buddha statue.
