We will send you the confirmation E-ticket by email. Please show your e-ticket to the front-desk at the 633 W 5th St, Los Angeles, CA 90071, to enter the observation deck. no need to print out the E-ticket(General admission still requires to select the departure day).

This ticket cannot be used with a tour packages.

The Skyslide might be closed due to weather conditions, a sign reminding the closure will be placed at the entrance, and the customer service staff will lead you to the Box Office and two options will be offered:
A, Reschedule to any departure date within the expiration date;
B, Exchange a dinning coupon value $8.00 by the Skyslide admission (the coupon cannot be exchanged to cash and no price gap will NOT be refunded if you purchase food less than $8.00). If you accept the coupon, the attraction will scan the Comb ticket and require you to sign a consent (confirm accepting the coupon and get acquainted the price gap will not be refunded.);
C, NO refund any more for the Skyslide;
D, The dinning coupon is valid only before the expiry date.
