【Pickup Information】
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
* Free Airport pickup time: 9:00am-22:00pm. It means free pickup for finishing check out and standing at the gate before 22:00pm. (The free pickup service is based on the seat availability, first come first serve. So it is possible that you need to wait a little bit long during high season.)
From Jan 1st, 2024: Free pickup provides on the first day of your tour between 10:00 am and 22:00 pm. Every 2 hours, that is 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, and 22 o'clock.
* Airport Pick-up Location:
Arrival procedure for US domestic & Canada flight: Arrival → Baggage Claim area → Meet tour guide → Tour guide will arrange shuttle bus service.
Arrival procedure for International flight: Arrival → Go through immigration → Baggage Claim Area → Go through Custom → Meet tour guide at the Passenger Exit (located at 7-Eleven Convenience Store) → Tour guide will arrange shuttle bus service.
* Airport meeting: The guide will be wearing a yellow uniform, holding a small yellow flag or an iPad with the local provider's icon.
* Flight information: Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 4 business days prior to departure. Otherwise, you will be required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense. If the Flight delays, we cannot guarantee airport pick-up service for free.

- For guests who participate in Amtrak Coast Starlight+ Santa Barbara 1-Day Tour(AS1) or Disneyland Park OR Disney's California Adventure Park One day Tour(DL1) or Joshua Tree National Park+ Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum 1-day Tour(J1), please book a flight departing after 20:30 (domestic flight) or 21:30 (international flight).
- For guests who participate in the one-day tour of San Diego City 1 Day Tour (SD1) or San Diego - SeaWorld 1- day Tour (SW1), drop off service is not provided. You can choose to Pico House, Lincoln Plaza Hotel, Hartford Hotel BW Signature Collection Rosemead, Sheraton San Gabriel, 99 Ranch Market Rowland Heights.
2) Designated drop-off locations

Cancellation made within:

17 or More Days - 90% of total purchase amount can be refunded
10 - 16 Days Prior to Departure Date - 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
0 - 09 Days Prior to Departure Date - Non-refundable

Please Note:

• If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
• Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
• If the guest quits during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

Special Notes

Full names of all guests are required upon booking. Air tickets, food expenses (except complimentary hotel breakfasts), service fees and optional attraction admission fees are NOT included in the tour fee. Listed prices are per seat. Children under the age of three are Free for not reserving a seat (any child and infant reserving a seat have to pay tour fees, mandatory attraction admission fees and service fees as well).
Las Vegas Tours do not permit travelers under 18, unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 or older, to join. Travelers aged 18-21 who are unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 or older can join the tour, however, they cannot gamble in Las Vegas.
Guests under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
The itinerary will be subject to any traffic and weather changes. Tour operators reserve the right to change routes, schedules, and itineraries if needed due to the weather, road conditions, or should the necessities arise due to unforeseen reasons.
Present your ID and the printed voucher/e-voucher to the tour guide and hotel reception upon check-in.
Hotel check-in starts at 3 PM. All hotel rooms are non-smoke rooms and a penalty no less than USD$250 will be charged for smoking in the room.
Maximum two full-size beds in one room fitting up to four guests. Requests for extra beds and related expenses should be inquired and paid directly to hotel reception.
Flight information is required at least 3 days prior to scheduled departure date. Complimentary airport transfer service is not guaranteed in the case of any temporary changes.
Tour fees may be slightly increased during holidays and peak seasons including New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Any City Pass or tickets purchased in advance will not be accepted during the tour. All admission tickets are required to be purchased from your tour guide in cash. Attraction admission prices are subject to change without prior notice.
For guests riding a 7-seat vehicle (the actual vehicle type will be subject to the actual number of passengers), booster seats are required for kids under 8 years old. We provide booster rental service for $10/seat/day. Please inform your needs upon booking. Please notice that penalties may be charged due to lack of prior notice.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
Tours4Fun cooperates with top local area tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers. We provide tour coaches that all are insured with a liability insurance coverage from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 to make sure that your trips are safer and more enjoyable.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. If you choose Los Angeles City Tour, when Getty Center is closed, we will visit the Griffith Observatory will be the replacement.

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
* Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.

*Additional fees may apply for travelers under 2 years of age. Please ensure you inform us when booking if you are travelling with infants 2 years or younger by placing the number of infants and their dates of birth in the comments section when booking online.

* The final tour rates already include possible booking fee, handling fee, and exchange rate loss.

Reservation Info

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
