  As US west tours are likely to be sold out, we will reserve bus seats once you make reservation. If you would like to cancel your order after confirmation, please check refund policy as following:

  * 12 and More Days Prior to Departure Date: $100.00 penalty fee per person
  * 9 - 11 Days Prior to Departure Date: $200.00 penalty fee per person
  * 0 - 8 Days Prior to Departure Date or no show on tour: Non-refundable
  * Apply to the following situations:
  - Cancel the order
  - Decrease the number of guests
  - Change to other tours
  - Change the departure date
• Amendment Policy:
  * Amendment made within:

• To ensure the safety of children, anyone that is under 8 years of age/ Less 60 lbs must have a car seat. (Car seat is available for rent for $25 a day—-must make reservation ahead of time).
• Please Note: The admission ticket of Antelope Canyon can not be refunded once confirmed. Please contact us to refund the child price difference if you have any child (3-11) with you.
• Customers are allowed up to two items (ie. 1 standard check-in luggage + 1 carry-on) free of charge. Extra items will be charged at additional $25.00/per luggage. Please note that strollers or wheelchairs will account as the one piece of luggage delegated to the passenger.
• All hotel room are Non-Smoking, any violations are fined $300.00 ~ $500.00.
• Due to the popularity of these tours during our busy season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service as an alternative.
• If you need to book a flight ticket, we recommend that you please book your air ticket after you've received your confirmation email for your reservation within one to two business days.

Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
