Itinerary

Buckle up! After departing San Francisco, you’ll head through California’s capital city, Sacramento, through the Sierra foothills and into the famous Gold Rush Country, cresting a high mountain pass within the Sierra Nevada. Then we’ll wind our way through large pine forests, before dramatically descending into South Lake Tahoe. In the evening, we’ll settle into our centrally located hotel and then head out to happy hour with the Apres Ski crowd at the base of Heavenly Mountain Resort before a comfy night’s rest.

Please note that the hotel info is subject to change. Customers will spend 1 night in South Lake Tahoe and one night in Truckee, CA. The accommodations will be on-par with a hotel like the Becket (previously 968 Park Hotel) in South Lake Tahoe.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation made within 7 days prior to departure date,100% of reservation fee will be charged.
Cancellation made within 8-16 days prior to departure date, 50% of reservation fee will be charge.
Cancellation made 17 or more days prior to departure date, 25% of reservation fee will be charged.
Passenger no-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
No refund will be given to anyone who is denied service because of refusal to wear a seat belt or to follow the rules and regulations of the carrier. A $150 cleaning/repair charge will be added for any severe damage to the vehicles (including liquid spillage requiring upholstery cleaning).
