Cancellation policy:
- 33 working days and more prior to departure date: 25 Euro applies;
- 13-32 working days prior to departure date: 10% penalty + 25 Euro applies;
- 4-12 working days prior to departure date: 25% penalty +25 Euro apples;
- 3 working days or less prior to departure date: 100% penalty applies.
Airport pick-up details will be confirmed after placing a booking. We strongly recommend booking your flight after the tour has been confirmed.
Alternatively, you may join the tour at the hotel on Day 1.
The tour leader will not be present during evening transfers to commercial districts in major cities. These transfers are included in your package, and give you the opportunity to dine in restaurants that cater to your dietary preferences, as well as the chance to explore the city further. You will be given about an hour of free time, after which the driver will take you back to the hotel for the evening. Please note that the driver may not be able to offer suggestions on where to find vegetarian or ethnic meals.
Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 30 kg for luggage. The local operator may refuse to accept excessively bulky luggage.
Please bring all valuable items with you at all times. Do not leave valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction, or restaurant. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers, and tour guides are not responsible for any loss or theft at any location.

4. If the itinerary includes domestic flights, train tickets, or Abraham Palace entrance tickets, we will secure your spots as soon as your order is confirmed. Please note that all internal flights, train tickets, and Abraham Palace tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable once booked.
5. Please note that your tour guide might be changed once or several times during the tour. On some tours, according to the number of passengers, the service may be provided in bilingual (usually in English and Spanish), either accompanied by two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single tour leader for smaller groups explaining in both languages.

Yellow Fever Vaccination Requirement: If you have traveled to or transited through yellow fever-endemic regions including East African countries (excluding Tanzania) or South American countries, either before or after your trip, you may be required to present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate. This requirement can apply not only for joining tours but also for certain flights or entry into specific countries.
