Tours run rain, snow or shine, regardless of temperature, so please ask clients to dress appropriately for the weather conditions.

Our tours generally depart from 90 Wellington Street (in front of the Terry Fox Statue, directly across the street from Parliament Hill, corner Metcalfe) although FIT and group clients may be met at certain downtown hotels if requested in advance. Tours last approximately 2-2.5 hours. Our guide will meet clients at the statue or hotel lobby with a sign 5 minutes prior to the pre-arranged tour departure time.

Cancellation Policy
a. 10 days prior to departure date: 10% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded;
c. From 4 to 9 days prior to departure date: 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. The remains will be refunded;
d. 3 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement;
e. Should the clients fail to show up on time on the departure date regardless of any reasons, the entire travel package is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable.

The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
