  • Cancellation Policy:
    Within 11 days of the tour departure date (including no-shows): 100% of booking price (no refund)
    12 to 32 days before tour departure date: 50% of booking price (50% refund)
    33 days or greater before the tour departure date: 10% of booking price (90% refund)
  • Requirements for U.S. citizens: Passport, address, and mother’s maiden name.
  • Requirements for Non-U.S. customers: U.S. Visa, Passport, address, and mother’s maiden name.
  • If you are a Non-U.S. customer travelling to the U.S. through a Visa Waiver Program, you cannot purchase this tour. You must receive a U.S. Visa prior to traveling to the U.S. to complete a purchase.
  • You will receive your Cuban Tourist Visa Card from your guide when you meet them at the departure airport.
  • All workshops are provided by the tour provider. If you do not wish to take part in a workshop, arrangements can be made with the provider for an alternative event.
  • Meals which are included in the tour package include an appetizer, a main dish, a dessert, and 2 drinks.
  • Tipping service workers should be based on your level of satisfaction. USD 1 is sufficient for a standard tip for a service worker in Cuba (hotel staff, taxis, etc.). The standard restaurant tip is 10%. Anything over that should be based on exceptional service, or guests’ personal choice.
  • No credit card or debit card from a U.S. bank is authorized for transactions within Cuba. Credit/debit cards from non-U.S. banks may be accepted. Please check with your financial institution.
  • Customers will have the opportunity to convert USD or other currency to the Cuban Convertable Peso (CUC) with their guide’s instructions. However, the USD is accepted at for most institutions and services in Cuba.
  • Persons authorized to travel to Cuba may purchase alcohol and tobacco products while in Cuba for personal consumption while there. Authorized travelers may return to the United States with up to $100 worth of alcohol and/or tobacco products acquired in Cuba in accompanied baggage, for personal use only.
  • Due to health concerns, we advice all customers to NOT drink Cuban tap water or eat Cuban produced vegetables. Purchasing bottled water is advisable.
