Amendment Policy
- Any changes made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order online will be subject to a minimum $30.00 Amendment Fee (per change).
- If guests number are more than 10:
Amendment made within 4 days prior to departure date ------------ Amendment fee will be $100/order
Amendment made within 2 days prior to departure date ------------ Amendment fee will be $200/order

The Weight Limit for each passenger on the helicopter ride is 300 lbs, please indicate your weight when booking. The passengers who exceed this weight limit may need to buy extra seat.

Please contact with the local provider to final confirmation all details 24 hours prior to departure date.

Come to the Grand Canyon West Rim helicopter terminal with your ID and present the printed voucher to the staff.
