• The local operator reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary sequence to ensure the smooth operation of the tour, but will not reduce any of the included activities.
• During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order, duration, or meeting times at attractions based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the smooth running of the itinerary.
• In case of sudden closures of attractions or holidays (such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's), the guide will adjust the itinerary to include a visit to an alternative site or a scenic view to ensure the richness of the tour. Please note that opening times and visitor flow management at attractions may change frequently; if these changes impact the itinerary, they are considered force majeure, and we appreciate your understanding.
• Many attractions require participants to be in good health. Guests with mobility issues are advised to contact customer service for specific policies before booking.
• To ensure the smooth progression of the tour, guests are responsible for adhering to the meeting time provided by the tour guide. If you are more than ten minutes late, the vehicle will leave without waiting. While the local operator strives to provide timely services, delays due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, strikes, government shutdowns, wars, or terrorist attacks are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any resulting delays, inconveniences, or additional expenses related to flights, trains, buses, or other travel costs.
• The local operator has the right to switch passengers to another vehicle and assign a different tour guide or driver if needed during the trip for operational reasons.
• For any complimentary activities included in the tour, if they are not offered due to weather, traffic, or other force majeure factors, or if you are unable to participate for personal reasons, no refund will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

 
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
