We want you to be as comfortable as possible during your travels. During the summer months, casual dress - shorts, jeans, comfortable shoes - is suggested on all tours. Keep in mind, however, that the Grand Canyon is 10-15 degrees cooler than Sedona, so wear layered clothing and a snug pair of shoes in late autumn and winter.

To protect your own property, please carry all valuable items on your person at all times. Do not leave any valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction, restaurant, etc. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides are not responsible for any loss or theft at any location.

One standard size carry-on (9”x14”x22”) and one personal item (ex. purse or camera bag) per person ONLY. Space is at a premium for guest comfort. Extra luggage cannot be transported. Room stay can be upgraded based on availability, prices vary.

Cancellation Policy:
-If amendment is made within 9 days(workday) before departure date, 100% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
-If amendment is made 10-15 days before departure date, 50% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
-If amendment is made 16-24 days before departure date, 25% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
