Cancellation Policy:
*Cancellations made before 19 days prior to departure date --- $60.00/person will be charged;
*Cancellations made during 12-18 days prior to departure date --- 50% of total purchase amount will be refunded;
*Cancellations made within 11 days prior to departure date --- no refund;
*No show on tour day --- no refund. If the 3rd or/and 4th persons fail to show up while 3 or 4 passengers sharing one room, those who are in the same room must pay penalty equivalent to 4th person's tour fares ($648.00/person) on board the bus.

- Cancel the order
- Decrease the number of guests
- Change to other tours
- Change the departure date

Amendment Policy:
*Amendment made before 19 days prior to departure date --- $60.00/person will be charged;

*Amendment made within 11 days prior to departure date --- no amendment. If need admendment, 100% of total purchase amount will be charged.

Antelope Canyon (admission fees) Restriction: Due to no cancellation policy enforced by Antelope Canyon, we now ask our partners to collect Antelope Canyon admission fees at the time of booking. Once confirmed, no refunds even passengers cancel the entire trip or no show on the day of departure.

Please bring you own car seat, if you are travelling with a child under 8 years old. The penalty will be on your own cost, if you do not bring the car seat.

Please Note: The admission ticket of Antelope Canyon can not be refunded once confirmed. Please contact us to refund the child price difference if you have any child (3-11) with you.

Customers are allowed up to two items (ie. 1 standard check-in luggage + 1 carry-on) free of charge. Extra items will be charged at additional $25/per luggage.

Due to the popularity of Yellowstone tours during the summer season, we suggest that you book Yellowstone tours 1-2 months in advance.
Tours4Fun updates their tour seat availability at 6 p.m. every business day.
If you need to book a flight, we recommend that you book your flight after you receive a confirmation email from Tours4Fun for your reservation within one to two business days.

All activities at Grand Canyon West require a CASH payment only. The tour guide will collect the fee on the tour and reserve the services for passengers. All these services are optional.

Due to the popularity of tours during the high season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels that offer similar standards of service to replace.

Customers under 21 can't enter any casinos or join any gambling activities in Las Vegas.

Multiple departure/pick-up locations are provided as value added options for this tour/activity. Please note that you may be transferred to a central meeting point from the departure/pick-up location (noted on your E-ticket) prior to departing on your tour/activity.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
Please make your reservation 5 business before the departure date. Otherwise, surcharges will be applied.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information.
