About the complimentary buffet lunch:
The complimentary buffet lunch is only for Las Vegas; the restaurant address is 4300 E. Sunset Rd., C-1, Henderson, NV 89014. Guests will need to pay a $1.00 service fee to their servers during lunch.
Guests who choose to join the tour at the Circus Circus Hotel will only receive one free buffet lunch.

To make your travel more convenient, we suggest you book your tour one month prior to the departure date during the holiday season (New Year/Christmas).

Due to the popularity of these tours during our busy season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose hotels which offer similar standards of service as an alternative.

Las Vegas Tours do not permit travelers under the age of 21 unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 or older, to join.

Tours4Fun passengers on this tour will receive one free buffet ($15 Value, only pay $1 tip for waiters). Guests who choose to join the tour at the Las Vegas Buffet will receive one extra free buffet (12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.).

Due to winter weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary for this tour may be affected in October, April, and May. Tour Alteration Policy:
Any amendments made to your order at least 17 days before the departure date will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee and a penalty fee according to the policy listed below:
- If amendment is made within 5 days (workday) before the departure date, 100% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
- If amendment is made 6-9 days before the departure date, 50% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
- If amendment is made 10-16 days before the departure date, 30% of Reservation Cost will be charged.

Please inform us at least 5 days in advance i foyu wish to change your pick-up location.

Due to the popularity of these Yellowstone tours during the summer season, we suggest that you book Yellowstone tours 1-2 months in advance.

Each room is provided with two standard beds or one queen-size bed. Tours4Fun always requires hotels to supply two standard beds in one room. However, hotels may provide only one queen-sized bed due to limitations. If this is to be the case, and there are three guests staying in one room, you can request the hotel for one additional bed by paying a small fee. If the case being that four guests are staying in one room and the hotel only supplies one queen-sized bed, Tours4Fun shall assume no responsibility for any inconvenience caused..

Guests who book their tour between the months of May and September, will receive arranged accommodations outside of Yellowstone National Park.

Tour prices might fluctuate on Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

During spring/summer, we recommend passengers wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
During fall/winter, we recommend passengers wear layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft or loss at any location.

Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
