The above time is flight arrival time. If your flight is delayed, cancelled or you arrive after the times indicated due to any reason, no complimentary pick-up service will be offered. For those arriving outside the above hours, please contact us for a quote. Claim your baggage first, then wait at the baggage claim area for the escort. For flight arrival at JFK Terminal 1 or 7, meet our escort at Hudson News book store. Do not wait at the baggage claim area. Customers who arrive in the same period of time will be picked up together. Own Expenses

* 25 or more days prior to departure date: no penalty of the tour fee. Add-on service, such as hotel, depends on the actual situation.
* 17-24 days prior to departure date: 25% penalty fee will be charged. Add-on service, such as hotel, depends on the actual situation.
* 10-16 days prior to departure date: 60% penalty fee will be charged. Add-on service, such as hotel, depends on the actual situation.
* Within 9 days prior to departure date: Non-refundable.
* If visitors cannot join the tour because of personal reason and need to interrupt the trip, the fee for hotels and transportation are not refundable.

The first four rows of the bus are VIP seats. Please select one of the related options according to your choice.

Guests who forgo the New York City Tour with the group to explore the city on their own and still need transportation between New York City and the hotel must pay a $20.00/Person fee(round trip: $40.00/person). If you don't pay this fee, you must arrange your own transportation in New York City that day.

We recommend that you book your flight tickets after you've received confirmation from Tours4Fun (normally within one to two business days).

To ensure that we don't exceed capacity, baggage per person is limited to one check-in and one carry-on. A USD 5 fee will be charged for each additional piece of luggage.

Do you need to visit relatives and friends while you are on a tour? Do you need more time to explore New York? We provide you with additional hotel services before and after the trip, to provide more convenient services for your travel!

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
