  • No changes can be made within 6 days prior to the departure date.
  • For one booking with 10 guests or more, we consider it as a group, and request all the service fee and all the admissions or attractions be prepaid in advance. The price is not the final price. We will confirm the final price after you pay or you can reconfirm with us about the price before payment. We will charge you or refund you the price difference. If you don't want to pay all the admissions or attractions, you can contact us for quotation about your private tour.
  • To ensure that you can join the tour smoothly, we recommend you read the following notice:
    *If you need to change the pick-up location, please send email to [email protected] to confirm the location at least 6 days prior to the departure date, so that we can arrange this request for you.
  • You are responsible for obtaining and carrying any and all travel documents, including valid photo ID, passport and visa, required to enter Canada. Please check with the relevant authorities for actual requirements.
  • In the event of overbooking during peak season, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel of equal or near-equal standards of service.

    • Please Note:
    1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
    2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
    Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
