The latest itinerary for this tour includes a visit to Royal Kona Coffee’s headquarters, Punalu‘u black sand beach and lunch (on your own) at the Lava Rock Cafe located in the historic Volcano Village area; offering Hawaiian-style cuisine. After lunch, it’s onto Big Island Candy Company, the home for exquisite chocolate and mac nut treats and then a stop at Rainbow Falls where rainbows magically form in the mist! On the way back to Kona, take a scenic coastal drive along the Hamakua coast, Honoka’a and Waimea.

Tips
*The HVNP is temporarily limiting access to smaller, lighter vehicles. So, we will either operate on a mini coach for the duration of the tour or guests will be transferred from larger coaches to mini-coaches for an interim round-trip shuttle and visit within the HVNP.
*From December 3, 2018, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park (HVNP) will be reopened. We will visit Kilauea Visitor Center, Kilauea Crater and the Steam Vents. And we will also visit the paved Devastation Trail right off Chain of Craters Road and the historic Puuhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park.
*Effective immediately, guests on the H1 Grand Circle Island and H2 Volcano Adventure Land and One Day tours will resume visits to the Thurston Lava Tube after extensive repairs following the Kilauea eruption in May 2018.
*We're pleased to announce improvements to the H1 Grand Circle Island and H2 Volcano Adventure tour pickup schedule, effective Wednesday, March 4, 2020. The new schedule will streamline the pickup process as well as improve punctuality.
Tour guests staying at the Waikiki Beachcomber will be dropped off at the Ross Dress For Less store on Seaside Avenue.
Tour guests staying at the Outrigger Waikiki will be dropped off at the Hyatt Regency on Kalakaua Avenue.
*Due to a fallen tree, Rainbow Falls cannot be visited till November 7, 2019. Additional time will be spent at other tour stops.
