Cruise Cancellation Policy
59-46 days before departure date: 50% of booking price will be charged.
45-16 days before departure date: 80% of booking price will be charged.
Within 15 days of departure date: Non-refundable.

For reasons of health and safety the minimum age for Minors sailing on a Cruise is 6 months on the date of boarding. In all cases it is recommended that medical advice is sought before booking for Minors up to 12 months of age.

MSC Cruises does not accept unaccompanied Minors. Minors will not be allowed to embark unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian or any other authorized person. Adult Passengers traveling with a Minor shall be fully responsible for that Minor's conduct and behavior. When the itinerary includes a port located in the USA the same conditions will apply for any Passengers under the age of 21.

Minors onboard must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times and are welcome at the activities onboard or at shore excursions, provided that a parent or guardian is present. Children cannot remain onboard if their parents or guardians go ashore, unless expressly authorized by the on board staff.

Adult Passengers traveling with person under age 21 shall be fully responsible for that person's conduct and behavior. Passengers under age 21 may not order or consume alcoholic beverages or participate in gambling. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring the actions of their minor passenger at all times.

Due to health concerns, we advice all customers to NOT drink Cuban tap water or eat Cuban produced vegetables. Purchasing bottled water is advisable.

Tipping service workers on Cuban soil should be based on your level of satisfaction. USD 1 is sufficient for a standard tip for a service worker in Cuba (hotel staff, taxis, etc.). The standard restaurant tip is 10%. Anything over that should be based on exceptional service, or guests’ personal choice.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
