Chena Hot Spring Resort Day Tour: Santa Claus House and Aurora Ice Museum | Small Group Tour

Itinerary:
Santa Claus House – North Pole, Alaska
Walking through the streets of North Pole feels like stepping into a fairy tale. The streetlights are shaped like red and white candy canes, and even the town's ambulances and police cars are painted in the festive colors of red and green. The main street is charmingly named "Santa Claus Lane," inspired by the sound of sleigh bells jingling as Santa rides by.
Don't miss the 16-meter-tall Santa Claus statue, 2-meter-tall polar bear and reindeer figures, and beautifully decorated Christmas trees – all perfect photo spots. You can even send a postcard from the Arctic!
Please note: The Santa Claus House is only open during specific hours in winter. If closed during your visit, you'll instead explore the town of North Pole. No refunds will be provided for missed entry.
  

Chena Hot Springs
Enjoy both indoor pools and outdoor hot springs surrounded by snow. This natural mineral spring offers the one-of-a-kind experience of soaking in steaming water while your hair literally freezes – a magical contrast unique to Alaska!
The hot springs are not only relaxing and rejuvenating but are also believed to have healing properties. It's one of the most popular winter activities in Fairbanks.
Near the southeastern corner of the resort, there is also a reindeer farm (viewed from outside). Even in the heart of winter, you can spot Santa's favorite companions peacefully enjoying their time.
  

Aurora Ice Museum
This is the world's only year-round ice sculpture museum, built with over 1,000 tons of ice and snow. The intricately designed sculptures are sure to amaze you. (Admission fee: $20 per person, at your own expense.)
At the ice bar, try the signature Apple Martini served in an ice glass – a unique and frosty delight! (Martini also at your own expense: $20 per drink. Must be 21+ to purchase and a valid ID is required.)
  

10:30 – Depart from designated hotel and drive to Santa Claus House, Visit Santa Claus House, then continue to Chena Hot Springs Resort, Optional visit to the Aurora Ice Museum (additional fee applies), Relax and soak in the all-natural mineral hot springs.
17:00 – Gather at the activity center for return to Fairbanks

Kindly Reminders:
1. Please bring your own swimsuit, towel, slippers, and two quarters (50¢) for the locker rental in the changing room.
2. The Aurora Ice Museum is open at 13:00 or 15:00.
3. Please drink the Appletini (alcoholic beverage) with caution. It is not recommended to consume alcohol before soaking in the hot springs.
4. As the hot springs are natural sulfur springs, if you have any health concerns, please manage your soaking time accordingly.
5. The outdoor hot spring pool is restricted to guests aged 18 and above. Minors may use the indoor hot tub and swimming pool.
6. The meeting point for hot spring activities is the Activities Center.
7. Lunch is at your own expense – you may dine at the Chena Hot Springs restaurant or purchase light meals at the Activities Center.
8. If you choose not to use the hot springs due to personal reasons, it will be considered a voluntary waiver. No refund or compensation will be provided.
