*32 Days Prior to the Departure Date: Non-refundable for any cancellation or amendment (Such as accommodations, meals, admission fee or other pre-paid items)
*33 or More Days Prior to the Departure Date: CAD$110.00/invoice/time for admission fee

When modifying the invoice, we'll charge exactly any services fee, penalty or any unexpected cost.
Any reasons to cancel or modify the invoice, all transfer fee, merchandise fee, or credit card service fee, etc. will be deducted in your payment before the refund.
Any changes or cancellations must be through email. Verbal is not acceptable.
Cancellations and refunds are processed within 1-7 business days.

*This product is a local tour. All travelers have a responsibility to ready and bring your valid tourist visa. Confirm and process eTA in advance according to your passport type. *Please provide accurate: Name, Gender, Adult / Child or Passport Copy and Contact Phone No. when booking the tour. You are responsible for missing or providing wrong information during the journey.
*If you haven't received the Tour Confirmation 7 days before your trip, please contact our office.
*To make your trip smooth, we strongly recommend that you order activities tickets and meal packages when booking. No additional change or modification within 7 days before or during the tour.
*This product is FIT (Free Independent Travelers). We promised our service content and standards are not changed based on another guest's combination to form a group and planning of itinerary. Some itinerary may be adjusted or rearranged for different departure dates.
*Hotel Class: North American Hotels do not have an official hotel star rating standard. The hotels involved in the trip are local hotels only.
*The North American Hotel Standard Room is equipped with one large bed or two standard beds. If you have special requirements for the bed types, please inform us at the time of booking.
*Product components such as Tourist Vehicles, Hotels, Restaurant, Facilities, etc. are from different regions or countries' standards. Please understand. Our tour guide will use bilingual (Mandarin or English) to serve you.
*Tourist Vehicles Arrangement: Below 24 passengers will be provided a driver who will also act as a tour guide. If the number of passengers is above 24, you will be provided a driver and a tour guide.
*All kinds of transportation, hotels, restaurants, and sightseeing spots indicated in the itinerary have different regulations on the safety and rights of tourists. In the event of accidental casualties or other losses, our company is not involved in the case based on the regulations by the operating agencies.
*In case of circumstances such as weather, traffic accidents etc., our company has the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
*We highly recommend you to purchase travel insurance to ensure your personal benefits.
*We don't take any responsibility for transportation cancellations or delays, climate change, or any other travel safety issues within the trip that are beyond our control.
- Travel Tips:
*The itinerary includes airport transfer so be sure to provide accurate flight information. If pick-up is incorrect due to inaccurate information or is waiting at the wrong designation point, we will charge CAD$30/person for a second pick-up service.
*According to hotel operation requirements, you may be required a credit card information to check-in for incidental deposit in the hotel for miscellaneous expenses (such as telephone expense, laundry, catering).
*All activities and meals need to be booked in advance. No additional order will be provided during the tour.
*During the tour, please arrive at the pick-up location at the time agreed by the tour guide. If you are late or unable to catch up with the transportation, you are responsible to pay for your transportation to the next designated meeting place.
*During the tour, the tour guide may pick up or drop off travelers in different hotels due to the hotel in demand on season.
*During the trip, the tour guide and bus may not be the same per day to serve you.
*If you have some reasons to leave our group during the trip, you should fill out a Letter or Accreditation. Everyone is required with no exception.
*If guests are under 16 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above).
*If circumstances occur that's beyond our control like the weather, traffic cancellation/interruption or personal reasons, any discount, promotion, coupons, admission fee(s) that's included in the package cannot be refunded due to force majeure.
*If you have any special needs like bed type, vegetarian meals, bay chair or personal issue, we will try our best to arrange but not guarantee. Please make your request 7 days before the tour.
- Additional Tips:
*The weather in the Rocky Mountain Scenic Area is dry and cold in winter. The temperature is usually 25 degree Celsius, average at night time is 15~18 degree Celsius.
*The Rocky Mountain is located at a high altitude and there is plenty of sunshine in the winter. Please bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat to avoid ultraviolet radiation and avoid the possibility of snow blindness.
*In the Rocky Mountain Scenic Area, wild animals are often encountered. If you see large animals, you are prohibited from getting off the bus or feeding them.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire hotel including inside the room. Violation of the regulations will result in a penalty of $300 CAD or more.
*Hotels in the Rocky Mountain area are mostly 3-4 floors made of wooden structure and some hotels do not have elevators.
*It is highly recommended not to smoke in the national park! Smoking should be in the permitted area and do not throw cigarettes anywhere to avoid fire.
*Due to environmental protection, hotels in Rocky Mountain area don't provide toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, and comb. There are only shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathroom.
*Most hotel rooms do not have a kettle. If you need hot water, please ask for assistance. If the hotel doesn't provide a kettle, we will suggest using the coffee machine to make hot water.
*No hot water supply in any public area. If necessary, please prepare before tour departure.
*Canadian voltage is 110V and the socket is a three-hole plug: the upper one is round and the lower two are parallel flat (Type B).
- A visa is not required for U.S. citizens, however, please bring your Photo I.D and proof of citizenship (U.S. birth certificate or naturalization certificate) for re-entry to the United States. A passport is highly recommended. Children ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate. If you are not an American citizen or a permanent resident, please bring your passport, I-94 card or resident alien card. Due to heightened security at the border, additional paperwork may be required from visitors from some countries. This only applies to a very few countries. Please be aware of the status of your country or origin, or check with the local immigration office to ensure that multiple-entry into the U.S. is allowed. This will avoid unnecessary delays. Should any person be detained upon re-entry to the U.S., we will be unable to wait while the additional paperwork is filed. Additional transportation charges may apply for guests detained and released returning to the U.S.
- Please bring relevant travel documents (passport, Alien Card, Visa). You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents for visiting Canada and returning to the United States including your valid photo ID, passport, and visa. Please check with any immigration authorities for detailed requirements.
- Due to the popularity of these tours during our busy season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will then choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service as an alternative.
- Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided at the last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the hotel on the first night of tour, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4Fun/local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service. However, this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the hotel on the first night of tour.
Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. Important: For bus tour, front row seats are not first-come, first-served; an additional fee is required. If you require a front row seat, please contact us in advance to check availability.
Yellow Fever Vaccination Requirement: If you have traveled to or transited through yellow fever-endemic regions including East African countries (excluding Tanzania) or South American countries, either before or after your trip, you may be required to present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate.
