For all trips priced over USD 400, there is a non-refundable deposit of USD 100 per person.

All bookings confirmed within 45 days of scheduled start date are non-refundable.

Upgrade to Private Rooms are a mixture of twins and doubles, ensuite and standard rooms and only available for bookings with two people.

Student Discounts only available with a valid – ISIC/ISE/ITIC card and must be presented on the first day of travel. Failure to show a valid ISIC/ISE/ITIC card will incur a 35 euro administration fee, and difference in price must be paid prior to departure.

You'll need your e-ticket as well as your passport to confirm your identity. Students will need a valid ISIC/ISE/ITIC card with you for check-in.
