* For airport pick-up times, please select the time interval of your flight arrival. For example, if your flight arrives at 7:15 a.m., please select 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. airport pick-up time. NOTE TO PASSENGERS Arrival Procedures:
From Baggage Claim in Terminal 1, proceed out Door 9 and from Baggage Claim in Terminal 3, proceed out Door 52 to the Bell Trans booth. At check-in with, the Staff inside the Bell Booth, you will receive boarding passes for each transport to be given to the driver so the driver knows your service has been prepaid. After you have collected your boarding passes we will direct you to the appropriate vehicle and the driver will load your luggage. Remember you must have a boarding pass on each transport.
Return Procedures:
Return reservations are required and can be made by following the instructions on the boarding pass. To schedule your return transport from your hotel to the airport, please call (702) 739-7990 and advise the reservations agent that you have a pre-paid voucher to avoid duplicate reservations. Please plan to leave your hotel 3 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure.
Departure Procedures:
Be outside your hotel 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time at the designated Airport Shuttle pick up location as directed by hotel personnel. Due to traffic conditions, please allow 10 – 15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time for your shuttle bus to arrive.
Luggage Policy:
Luggage allowances are 2 standard-size suitcases and 1 carry-on per person. No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of sixty (60) pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage. Bell Trans will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger’s presence and is stored in the vehicle in which the passenger is riding. A passenger’s baggage remains, at all times, the responsibility of the passenger.

Airport Information:
McCarran International Airport will post visible signage in the baggage claim area to advise arriving passengers who are looking for GO Showtime Tours that service will be provided by Bell Trans. This signage will direct passengers to the Bell Trans kiosk outside baggage claim. Fortunately, the Bell Trans kiosk is located only several feet from the GO Showtime Tours kiosk and is easily visible.
A special vehicle can be arranged for those needing wheelchair assistance.
Passengers must have separate vouchers for inbound and outbound services that must be presented to driver upon arrival and departure.
The following will NOT be accepted:
Faxed or copies of vouchers
Vouchers not addressed to Gray Line New York
Vouchers which do not indicate number of passengers and airport

Passenger will be required to pay the difference in cash between the cost of a private van and net rate of client issuing voucher. Go Prime Time Shuttle will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger’s presence and is stored in the passenger compartment in which the passenger is riding. A passenger’s baggage remains, at all times, the responsibility of the passenger.
Reservations for wheelchairs must be made via email to us at least 48 hours in advance.
Please specify if a folding or fixed wheelchair is required and whether your client is able to walk into and out of the vehicle or not.

Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
