To make your travel more convenient, we suggest you book your tour one month prior to the departure date during the holiday season (New Year/Christmas).

Due to the popularity of these tours during our busy season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service as an alternative.

Las Vegas Tours do not permit travelers under the age of 21 unaccompanied by a co-traveler who is 21 or older to join.

Due to winter weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary for this tour may be affected during the months of October, April and May. The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the professional tour guide for the safety of all passengers. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience.

CHANGE POLICY:
If any amendments including date change or reducing the number of guests are made at least 17 days before departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee, otherwise we'll charge the penalty fee according to the below policy plus the $30 Amendment Fee:
- If amendment is made within 5 days(workday) before departure date, 100% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
- If amendment is made 6-9 days before departure date, 50% of Reservation Cost will be charged.
- If amendment is made 10-16 days before departure date, 30% of Reservation Cost will be charged.

If you need to change your pick up location, please let us know 5 days in advance, otherwise it shall not be changed.

In 2015, we chose hotels with better quality as our LA overnight hotels for the super value tour. During our busy season (especially in July and August), the listed advanced hotels may be sold out due to the large number of guests but limited rooms. We strongly recommend you book your tour as early as you can. In case of no rooms for these advanced hotels, you can either upgrade your Los Angeles hotel to a better one with additional fees or stay in Quality Inn Montebello/Guesthouse Norwalk without additional fees.

Due to the popularity of these Yellowstone tours during the summer season, we suggest guests book Yellowstone tours 1-2 months in advance.

During spring/summer, we recommend passengers wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
During fall/winter, we recommend passengers wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft or loss at any location.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.
