Please note:
1. We do NOT allow customers to use the CITY PASS to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. If you do purchase and bring a CITY PASS, the local agency will not supply the transportation service of that day. Meanwhile, if you forgo the New York City Tour, the local agency will collect a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide when on tour, for details.
3. Guests who forgo the New York City Tour will pay $65.00/Person as a penalty fee.

We strongly recommended that passengers buy travel insurance to protect themselves in case of any flight cancellation, natural catastrophes and/or unforeseen circumstances.

A visa is not required for U.S. citizens. However, please bring your Photo I.D and proof of citizenship (U.S. birth certificate or naturalization certificate) for re-entry to the United States. A passport is highly recommended. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate. If you are not an American citizen or permanent resident, please bring your passport, I-94 card or resident alien card. Due to heightened security at the border, additional paperwork is required from visitors from some countries. This only applies to a very few countries. Please be aware of the status of your country or origin or check with the local immigration office to ensure that multiple-entry into the U.S. is allowed. This will avoid unnecessary delays. Should any person be detained upon re-entry to the U.S., we will be unable to wait while the additional paperwork is filed. Additional charges may apply for transportation.

Most hotels in the U.S. are smoke-free; hotels have enforced penalties of at least USD $250 for guests who smoke in smoke-free rooms (this depends on the particular hotel and their regulations). Other regulations including guests being restricted from rearranging the furniture in the room for any purposes. Passengers who wish to benefit from the Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 Free offer will need to follow their assigned hotel's regulations. Hotel management will collect a penalty of at least USD$250 from the guest directly if any regulations are ignored.

Please bring relevant travel documents (passport, Alien Card, Visa). You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents for visiting Canada and returning to the United States including your valid photo ID, passport and visa. Please check with local immigration authorities for detailed requirements.

Please note that the order of the day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on the tour's start day. Please email or call us prior to departure date for a more detailed arrangement. If you plan to leave in advance when on tour, please contact us for the final itinerary.

Multiple departure/pick-up locations are provided as value added options for this tour/activity. Please note that you may be transferred to a central meeting point from the departure/ pick-up location (noted on your E-ticket) prior to departing on your tour/activity.

During spring and summer, we recommend passengers wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
During fall and winter, we recommend passengers wear layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.

In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at all times. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft or loss at any location.
