• Important Note for Oahu Itinerary: The guide may adjust the order of activities based on actual circumstances. In some cases, the two half-day tours may be combined into one full-day tour, with the other day left as a free day. If you have any concerns, please inform us at the time of booking.
• If an attraction is temporarily closed or under maintenance, the guide will adjust the itinerary and arrange alternative sights accordingly.
• If the group size on the day of travel is 14 passengers or fewer, a driver-guide service will be provided.
• During peak seasons (such as Christmas and New Year holidays), the group size may exceed 16 guests. We appreciate your understanding.
• If the itinerary includes inter-island or domestic flights, prices may be subject to minor adjustments. As flight tickets are booked in advance, once confirmed they are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding.
• We will do our best to follow the designed itinerary and designated hotels. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, changes to the itinerary and hotels may occur. We thank you for your understanding.
• Most hotels in Hawaii require a valid credit card for deposit at check-in. All special requests are subject to hotel availability upon check-in.
• If guests need luggage storage on the last day of the itinerary, please note that most Hawaiian hotels charge a storage fee: typically USD 2 per piece or USD 10–12 per person for same-day storage and pick-up. Most hotels do not allow overnight luggage storage (as regulated since 9/11). Storage with local agencies is available at USD 25 per piece (up to 3 days). We thank you for your understanding.
• Upon airport pick-up, the guide will provide important reminders as well as your Hawaii itinerary, including nearby restaurants, beaches, and shopping information.
• To ensure a smooth experience, the sightseeing order of activities will be based on the itinerary provided by your pick-up guide.
• For this package tour, any unjoined activities will be considered a voluntary waiver and cannot be refunded or exchanged for other paid activities. Please inform the guide in advance if you choose not to join.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
