The tour is NON-REFUNDABLE within 12 days of departure.

NO REFUND if you fail to show up at the meeting spot on time.

A Waiver and Release Form is required for guests who are under the age of 19. Waiver and Release Form must be submitted one day before tour departure. The Form will be found on your E-Ticket after booking.

A small bus may be used for smaller groups.

We recommend paying at least 10 days before departure to avoid disappointment.

Please bring the following things with you:
- Swim suit and towel (hot tub or swimming pool in the hotels + you have 2 chances to go for a swim in a refreshing mountain lake - seasonal)
- Proof of medical insurance
- Government photo ID (passport) & Student ID
- Good walking shoes/boots
- (Optional) Warm jacket, hat, gloves (You'll need these on the Ice Explorer Snowcoach tour in case the ACTIVITY PASS is available and chosen.)
