4-Day Canadian Rockies and Hotsprings Winter Tour With Bonus Hot Springs & National Park Admission

Cancellation/Amendment Policy:
* 34 or more days prior to departure date - 10% penalty
* 26-33 days prior to departure date - 30% penalty
* 18-25 days prior to departure date - 50% penalty
* No refund/changes within 17-day prior to departure date. No partial refund on any unused services.
* Non-refundable for any changes or cancellation for hotel upgrade.

Guests must pay optional tour costs and other additional fees in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you only have U.S. dollars or any other non-Canadian currency, we suggest that you:
1. Exchange your currency for Canadian dollars (CAD) before you join the tour.
2. Ask our tour guide for assistance.

Outdoor activities are seasonal & weather dependent; Sulphur Mountain Hotsprings will have a fare of approx. $5.00 for the hotsprings accessories (towel, locker and swimwear).

Operations of Gondola, Snowshoeing, Banff Sulphur Mountain hotsprings and etc. are seasonal and weather-permitting; subject to change without notice.

Please remember to mark your shoe size when booking. Waterproof shoes are recommended. If you need snow shoes, there will be a $50.00 deposit required. It will be returned to you if the snow shoes are not damaged./LI>

A visa is not required for U.S. citizens. However, please bring your Photo I.D and proof of citizenship (U.S. birth certificate or naturalization certificate) for re-entry to the United States. A passport is highly recommended. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate. If you are not an American citizen or permanent resident, please bring your passport, I-94 card or resident alien card. Due to heightened security at the border, additional paperwork is required from visitors from some countries. This only applies to a very few countries. Please be aware of the status of your country or origin or check with the local immigration office to ensure that multiple-entry into the U.S. is allowed. This will avoid unnecessary delays. Should any person be detained upon re-entry to the U.S., we will be unable to wait while the additional paperwork is filed. Additional charges may apply for transportation.

Please note that each person can have one medium suitcase and carry-on luggage. Extra luggage is subject to a surcharge of CAD $35 + tax.

Multiple departure/pick-up locations are provided as value added options for this tour/activity. Please note that you may be transferred to a central meeting point from the departure/pick-up location (noted on your E-ticket) prior to departing on your tour/activity.

If you choose hotel extension, we can also provide free pickup/ dropoff service, pickup/ dropoff time is 8:00-21:30 for type A/B hotel, 8:00-20:00 for type C/D hotel.

*Type B: Executive Plaza (Plaza Room), Radisson/Four Points, Sandman Signature (Standard Room)

*Type D: Sheraton Wall Centre, Hyatt Regency (Standard Room)

Due to limited hotel resource, the listed hotel extension rates is not the final price, please double check with our customer service if any room and the final price.

Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
