Special Notes

For child under 8 years old:
Please note that for your child's safety, we require you to bring a child safety seat or booster seat for all children that are not at least 8 years of age or 4' 9" or 144 cm in height as dictated by California State Law. You will be required to provide your own child seat on all motor vehicle tours. Failure to provide a seat for your child will result in forfeiture of your seats on the tour without refund. If your child is 8 years or older or 4’9” in height you do not need to provide a child seat, however, please let us know.

You need to present voucher and bring a Photo ID.

No food is allowed on Alcatraz Island.

Alcatraz packages is easily to sold out, please book your tour as soon as possible; if the booking date is 3 months prior to your departure date, tour can be confirmed within 24 hours; if the booking date is less than 3 months prior to departure date, tour can be confirmed about 10 days.

This tour is non-refundable once you buy.

We offer pick-up at major hotels in downtown San Francisco or Fisherman's Wharf area in the first day. Please remark your hotel location in the comments column when booking. Then we will confirm the availability for you. on the second day, where the Alcatraz portion is taking place, the guests need to make their own way to Alcatraz Landing (Pier 33). There is no pick up from the hotel. Once on Alcatraz they receive audio guides which are self-guided and there is no tour escort on Alcatraz. Local public transportation - F Streetcar, BART-Embarcadero station.

Pick up time is 8:00am to 9:00am; please arrive at the pick up location 10-15 minutes prior to the pick up time.

As a courtesy to fellow passengers, it's important to be on time. If clients are late or miss a scheduled pickup time for the tour, please contact our office IMMEDIATELY. An alternative pick up location may be arranged at customer expense, subject to availability. Any guest who misses their tour entirely will forfeit their seat on the tour. No refunds will be issued.

Children under the age of 8 must be secured in a car seat or booster seat in the back seat. Children under the age of 8 who are 4' 9" or taller may be secured by a safety belt in the back seat.

Baggage allowance policy:
Customers are allowed up to TWO ITEMS (ie. 1 Personal item 1 Overnight bag) to travel free of charge. These items must be within the size limitations. Each additional item above the allowance will incur a $25 excess luggage fee. Please check below for examples:

We will assess a cleaning fee of up to $100 for any passenger who permanently stains or renders this vehicle temporarily unfit for passengers due to spillage of any substance such that the vehicle must be taken out of service and cleaned.
