14-Day All Europe Tour from Frankfurt w/ Airport Shuttle Service

You must provide flight details at least 15 days before tour departure date to guarantee airport pick-up and drop-off. We will not be able to arrange airport transfers to those providing flight arrival details any closer to 15 days before tour departure date, and no refund will be given for this service.

Airport transfers can be arranged between 7:00am and 10:00pm at Frankfurt Airports. Out of this time, we will have an extra charge of EUR 18.00/per person per way, based on minimum 2 Pax. We will take 4 hours before the flight departure times of the Airport Transfer arrangement. If your flight departure time is earlier than 11:00am, extra charges will apply since the driver need to pick you before 7:00 AM. This service is only purpose for the convenience, you can also make it or by your own arrangement.

Earliest hotel check-in is 3:00pm.

The driver will wait up to, but no longer than, 90 minutes from the scheduled arrival of your flight. If you are held up in customs or your flight is delayed longer than 90 minutes after anticipated arrival time, you must make your own way to the hotel on Day 1. Tours4Fun does not reimburse taxi fare or offer partial refunds for those unable to meet the driver in the arrivals hall within the specified time frame.

If a visa support letter has already been submitted, an additional charge of 85 Euros will be assessed for any cancellation unless the customer can provide a copy of the embassy's rejection letter.

Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.

Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. * Companion policy: For minors under 18, pregnant travelers, or seniors aged 80 and above, registration will only be accepted if they are accompanied by at least one adult relative or friend aged under 75. Travelers who are pregnant or aged 70+ must sign a Tour Participation Liability Waiver at the time of booking to protect both parties (online signature supported). We also strongly recommend that pregnant travelers or senior guests purchase appropriate travel insurance before joining the tour..
* Luggage allowance: Each guest is allowed one large + one small piece of luggage; large luggage up to 28", small luggage 20". If you carry more than one large and one small piece of luggage (subject to available storage space), an additional €5/￡5 per piece per day will be charged as a driver handling fee.
* Airport transfer luggage policy: The luggage allowance for both free and paid airport transfers is unified as one large + one small per guest; large luggage up to 28", small luggage 20".

Yellow Fever Vaccination Requirement: If you have traveled to or transited through yellow fever-endemic regions including East African countries (excluding Tanzania) or South American countries, either before or after your trip, you may be required to present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate. This requirement can apply not only for joining tours but also for certain flights or entry into specific countries.
