Cancellation Policy:
As US west tours are likely to be sold out, we will reserve bus seats once you make reservation. If you would like to cancel your order after confirmation, please check refund policy as following:
*Cancellations made before 7 days prior to departure date --- 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded
*Cancellations made during 4-6 days prior to departure date --- 40% of total purchase amount can be refunded
*Cancellations made within 3 days prior to departure date --- no refund
*No show on tour day --- no refund.
* Apply to the following situations:
- Cancel the order
- Decrease the number of guests
- Change to other tours
- Change the departure date

Amendment Policy:
We will reserve bus seats for once you make reservation. Other than the $30.00 amendment fee, we will charge as following:
*Amendment made before 7 days prior to departure date --- No surcharge;
*Amendment made during 4-6 days prior to departure date --- 60% of total purchase amount will be chargeed as amendment fee;
*Amendment made within 3 days prior to departure date --- No Amendment will be accepted. If need admendment, 100% of total purchase amount will be charged.
* Apply to the following situations:
- Change identity information: name, age, etc.
- Change optional tour or available package hotel

To ensure the safety of children, anyone that is under 8 years of age or less than 60lbs must have a car seat. (Car seat is available for rent for $25 a day—-must make reservation ahead of time).

Customers are allowed up to two items (ie. 1 standard check-in luggage + 1 carry-on) free of charge. Extra items will be charged at additional $25/per luggage.

Multiple departure/pick up locations are provided as value added options for this tour/activity. Please note that you may be transferred to a central meeting point from the departure/ pick up location (noted on your E-ticket) prior to departing on your tour/activity.

Please Note:
1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.

Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information.
