  • Cancellation Policy:
    Within 11 days of the tour departure date (including no-shows): 100% of booking price (no refund)
    12 to 32 days before tour departure date: 50% of booking price (50% refund)
    33 days or greater before the tour departure date: 10% of booking price (90% refund)
  • This is the 6 day music/jazz exchange, but scheduled to coincide with the 2015 Havana Jazzfest.
  • Requirements for U.S. Citizens to complete purchase: Passport, address (no PO box), and mother's maiden (required by Cuban government).
  • Requirements for Non-U.S. customers to complete purchase: U.S. Visa, Passport, address (no PO box), and mother's maiden name
  • If you are a Non-U.S. customer travelling to the U.S. through a Visa Waiver Program, you cannot take this tour. You must receive a U.S. Visa prior to traveling to the U.S. to complete a purchase.
  • You will receive your Tourist Visa Card from your guide when you meet them at the departure airport.
  • Meals which are included in the tour package include an appetizer, a main dish, a dessert, and 2 drinks.
  • Tipping service workers should be based on your level of satisfaction. USD 1 is sufficient for a standard tip for a service worker in Cuba (hotel staff, taxis, etc.). The standard restaurant tip is 10%. Anything over that should be based on exceptional service, or guests’ personal choice.
  • All workshops are provided by the tour provider. If you do not wish to take part in a workshop, arrangements can be made with the provider for an alternative event.
  • Persons authorized to travel to Cuba may purchase alcohol and tobacco products while in Cuba for personal consumption while there. Authorized travelers may return to the United States with up to $100 worth of alcohol and/or tobacco products acquired in Cuba in accompanied baggage, for personal use only.


  • Yellow Fever Vaccination Requirement: If you have traveled to or transited through yellow fever-endemic regions including East African countries (excluding Tanzania) or South American countries, either before or after your trip, you may be required to present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate. This requirement can apply not only for joining tours but also for certain flights or entry into specific countries.
