This Amsterdam walking tour gives you a real taste of the citya??s heritage and lifestyle all in the company of an expert local guide. Begin your tour by heading into the oldest part of our city.

Learn about Amsterdam's humble beginnings and why this area is so popular today. Half way through the tour you will leave the touristy center and head off to a more picturesque side of the city. Here you will experience a more day-to-day life style amongst the 16th and 17th century canal homes.

Ask your guide about places to eat or drink in these areas. At the end of your tour you can go on our food by foot tour or wander through our city's shopping neighborhood. There is a good chance you build up a thirst walking the streets, but don't worry; Urban Adventures has a beer tasting tour as well at 4pm.

Finish at the eclectic Waterlooplein flea market. Be sure to explore the stalls and pick up a unique memento or two.
*This trip is offered on a "join-in" basis. Maximum group size is 12.

Pickup time: 10:00AM
Pickup location: Amsterdam's city center DAM SQUARE NATIONAL MONUMENT.

Drop off time: 12:00PM-1:00PM
Drop-off location: Next to Amsterdam Historical Museum.

Children must be between 6 and 11 years old inclusively. Children below 6 are not permitted on this tour.
Please present your voucher to the local guide at the beginning of the trip.

Unless travelling domestically, traveller(s) must carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas when travelling with tours4fun and the local tours4fun Partners. Please ensure your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is the traveller(s) responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas for your holiday.
It is not possible to make changes to existing bookings. The original booking must be cancelled and a new booking made. Prices applying to the new booking will be the price at the time the new booking is made. Cancellation charges may apply - refer to Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
A good pair of comfortable walking shoes is advisable.
In Spring/Summer, we recommend you to wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes. In Fall/Winter, we recommend layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.

Reservation Process and E-Ticket

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation is confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
