Day 1 Hometown - Denver
Depart for Denver, begin the tour to state capital and city tour of Denver. Afternoon, visit the Red Rocks Amphitheater. Overnight at Denver.
Arrival in Denver, please arrange flight arrive before 11:30am and meet your tour guide at the fountain hall in Baggage Claim Area. If you arrive at Denver Airport after 11:30am, please take the hotel shuttle bus to hotel for self-check in. (Please call the hotel to acquire the shuttle bus schedule in advance.)
Day 2 Cheyenne - Mt. Rushmore - Crazy Horse Memorial - Lead
In the morning arrive to Wyomin, visit Cheyenne state capital. Afternoon arrive to Mt. Rushmore, where the mountain was sculptured into faces of the 4 formal U.S. Presidents: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln. Continue travelling to "Crazy Horse Memorial" (optional). Overnight at Lead.
Day 3 Deadwood - Devil's Tower - Don King's Western Museum - Billings In the morning, visit "Wild West" Deadwood. Continue tour to Devil's Tower national Monument, a towering volcano. Continue traveling to Don King's Western Museum (optional), is home for over 550 saddles. Overnight at Billings.
Day 4 Yellowstone National Park A Full day tour of Yellowstone National Park. Visit the beautiful scenery and the biggest U.S. wild animals reservation. Overnight at Yellowstone National Park.Please note that you will be guaranteed to stay in the Canyon Lodge or other hotels inside Yellowstone Park for the dates with standard prices except for 4/14, 4/21, 4/28, 5/05, 5/12, 9/08, 9/15, 9/26, 9/29, 10/03, 10/06.
Day 5 Grand Teton National Park - Jackson Hole - Salt Lake City After breakfast, depart for Grand Teton National Park, Later afternoon, arrive Salt Lake City. Evening transfer to airport. Have a pleasant flight back to hometown.
Please arrange flight departing from Salt Lake City after 9:30pm.
If you need complimentary airport drop off, please leave a message 9 days in advance, otherwise, you need to pay for it. If you arrive early, we can offer hotel extension at RED LION HOTEL DENVER SOUTHEAST (3200 S. PARKER ROAD, AURORA, CO 80014 ) in Denver. Please contact us for quotation. If you leave later, we can offer hotel extension at RED LION HOTEL SALT LAKE CITY or AIRPORT INN HOTEL SALT LAKE CITY in Salt Lake City. Please contact us for quotation. |
Special Notes
- Due to the popularity of Yellowstone tours during the summer season, we suggest that you book Yellowstone tours 1-2 months in advance.
We are supposed to update the available seats at 6:00pm every business day.
Please note that placing an order on Tours4fun does not guarantee confirmation of a tour; Tours4fun will usually confirm a booking within 1-2 days.
We always recommend you book your flight tickets after you receive tour confirmation. Tours4fun will not be responsible if you book your flight tickets and your tour cannot be confirmed. - Please note that the Canyon Lodge is open from 5/19 ~ 9/22 except 9/08, 9/15. For rest of season, we will stay in West Yellowston in stead of Canyon Lodge.
- Cancellation Policy (Please note that CHANGE FEE and CANCELLATION FEE is the same):
1. 30 or more Days Prior to Departure Dates, 10% Reservation cost;
2. 17-29 Days Prior to Departure Date, 25% Reservation Cost;
3. 10-16 Days Prior to Departure Date, 50% Reservation Cost;
4. 8-9 Days Prior to Departure Date, 75% Reservation Cost;
5. 7 Days Prior to Departure Date, 100% Reservation Cost.
- Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4fun/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.
- Spring/Summer: wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
Fall/Winter: wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather. - For customers who will self transfer to hotel on day, according to the hotel's policy, the guests need to arrange their check-in after 3:00pm (local time);if the guests arrive at the hotel before 3:00pm (local time), they will have to wait until 3:00pm(local time) to check-in. Please understand.
Reservation Process and E-Ticket
1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation is confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
