We have booked a 2 day package tour from New York to Niagara thro' Tours4fun. Our tour was from 15th August to 17th August and was conducted by M/s L & L tours. However the tour started out very badly. The reasons are as below:

1. The Bus broke down within 2 hours of getting onto the expressway. The tour guides had to organise a replacement bus from NY which took over 4 hours to reach the site. We were all stranded on the road till then with no proper communication from the tour guides.

2.The buses had a badly maintained emergency toilet which was unusable.

3.Due to delay, 1 important place of visit i.e Corning Glass factory had to be missed.

4. on the return, there was a long walk thro' a treacherous route at Watkins Glen. No warning was given about its unsuitability for Senior citizens. It is sheer luck that no one suffered injuries or a fall enroute.

This is a feedback/suggestion for the Tour operators to improve their tour packages.

We are a Family of 4 had a Excellent experience overall. First time Bus Tour for us. We did not know what to expect but overall people help people. Tour Bus and Hotel Excellent price. On the tour we were told total cost for attractions was $210pp, which was way out of budget, Luckily Someone on the bus explained ITS AN OPTION you choose which Attraction you would like to go too. Only took maid of the mist and Thousand Island Tour. I SAVED $$$. We walked around the bus told us what time we had to meet them so we did and got to see more than the other tourist that paid for the attractions that looked nice but can be skipped.
First Hotel Okay with a Pool made it better.
Second Hotel GREAT with a Pool Made it Excellent.
Tour Guide didn't really explain much on the bus. Bus Ride was boring 7 hour trip One movie was restricted on the use of the bathroom. I brought some snacks to keep cost down. Bus Driver Excellent. The ride was smooth.
I wanted to leave tip for Driver for making it safe but did not want to leave tip for Tour Guide.
To End it all, I spent $1250 3 days.

i made a reservation to 3 days niagara falls by the name zvika domer .also put my credit card nomber but at the end of reservation the page gone and ididnt get a vatcher by email.so i am not shure if thrae is a reservation or not.iwant an answer if ther is a resevation on my name

I would highly recommend a 3-day WA D.C. and Niagara Falls tour.
