Cancellation policy:
Between 45 and 30 days prior to departure
- You pay 10% of the tour price
Between 30 and 15 days prior to departure
- You pay 25% of the tour price
Between 14 and 3 days prior to departure

In the event of overbooking, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel of similar or near-similar standards of service. On occasion, it may be necessary to substitute a hotel of a slightly lower standard. If a single room is not provided where requested, we will refund the supplemental charge.
