You can meet the group at the following meet points between 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 pm: JFK - Terminal # 7 "Hudson News" newsstand EWR - Terminal A, Baggage Claim Area of American Airlines LGA - Terminal B, Baggage Claim Area of American Airlines You can also self transfer to the first night hotel located in New Jersey. If you do not wish to be picked up from the airports or self transfer, you can choose to be picked up from Chinatown (87 Bowery, New York, NY 10013) before 6 p.m.. When the tour ends, you could be dropped off to Chinatown, as well. You can also choose pick-up point of Flushing (133-31 39th Ave, Flushing, New York, NY 11354) before 5 p.m. Please make a comment when you make reservation if you'd like to be picked up from Chinatown or Flushing to confirm pick-up details. For those passengers who arrive at the JFK and LGA meeting points before 3 p.m., you will receive an additional perk - experiencing Flushing, Queens. We'll drive you to Flushing and keep your luggage there. You can visit Flushing and the surrounding area on your own. Please go back to assembly point in time for pick-up. We'll drive you to hotel by bus. For those of you who prefer EWR, upon arrival you can either take our shuttle to the hotel for some rest or pay a mere $10.00 for shopping at Jersey Gardens Mall, one of the major outlets in metropolitan New York area. We can only decide which hotel to use according to the number of customers and room availability when it is close to departure date. Dear Gin, The tour is available for booking with groups of 40-50 travelers with no option for smaller group departures. The tour will cover numerous highlight locations in a span of 8 days travelling long distances by bus so departures every morning will be scheduled at 6-7:00 am. Each travel day ends at around 8-9:00 pm with the group checking in at the hotels arranged for the package. We will not be able to verify the tour operator until after we confirm your reservation for space on the tour, and the tour will be conducted bilingually in English and Chinese. Each traveler is advised to bring only 1 large bag, and 1 carry on. Both the 82-2350 and 46-153 tour will offer the same quality of hotels arranging accommodations at 3-4 star rated properties. The 82-2350 will endeavor to include visits to The National September 11 Memorial, Toronto City Hall and Chateau Frontenac. The 82-2350 tour will usually arrange 5 nights of the hotels in the US and 2 in Canada. The 46-153 tour will have 4 nights arranged in the US and 3 nights in Canada for the accommodations.
