Meals are not included in the package. The guide will help to arrange the meal stops at some restaurants, food courts or fast food areas.You have the option to pay for meals the tour guide arranges.
Buy 2 get 1 free offer is applicable on a shared room basis. This means that if 3 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour. The default rooms will be equipped with 2 full size beds.

Hi Team,
I am planning to go to Niagara falls in mid of May starting the tour from Newyork. We are 4 people. Me, My wife, 3 years 2 months daughter and 22 months son (kids age is calculated as on May2015).
As per buy 2 get 1 free offer, Me, my wife and my 3@@plush; year old daughter can accodamate. Do i need to buy a ticket for my son who is less than 2 years old or can we make him sit in our lap ?
Can i carry the stroller in the bus ?
Can i carry some food also in the bus ?
Do i need to carry the car seats as well ?
Can we four stay in the single room provided by you ?
Do i need to pay for the Service charge of 8$ for by kid less than 2 yrs also ?
Will the buses have toilets in emergency purpose to be used ?

Dear Nilesh Purohit,
You can buy a ticket for your son or just hold him in your lap during the trip. If you buy a ticket, there will be a seat for your son and the guide will collect the service fee by counting the seats.
If the stroller is collapsible and can be stored in the compartment under the bus, it will be okay to bring it, you do not need to carry the car seat during the tour.
You can bring your own food on the bus, but some of the food and drinks may not be allowed. Please check with the guide for more details.
If you would like to stay in the same room, please just book one room. The maximum room capacity is 4 people including adult and child/infant.There will be 2 full size beds in the room.
There is a restroom on board that is used for emergencies only, the bus driver does make stop every 2-3 hours for breaks.

On the departure day (11), the overview recommends we book our flight after 11 AM. Is there a reason why the flight can't be earlier, since nothing is scheduled for that day? There's a non-stop flight from Paris to SF at 10:40 AM, which is slightly before 11 AM. I'm not sure it's worth scheduling a later one-stop flight at 1:55 PM, which would take much longer.

The airport transfer service is available between 7:00am to 10:00pm. The earliest pick-up time at the hotel will be 7:00am. It takes about 1-1.5 hours to drive from the hotel to the airport, depending on the traffic conditions. If your flight is earlier than 11:00am, there might not be enough time for the check-in.
We strongly recommend our customers to book a flight after 11:00am.

my husband and I will be in the USA(travelling from New Zealand) in June and would like to take this tour. If we make the reservations from New Zealand and pay with our credit card from here, will you send us E-Tickets or do we have to have a mailing address in the US for tickets to be mailed to. also is it possible for us to purchase tickets and make bookings for this tour about a month in advance.

Booking process can take between 24-48 hours to process after full payment has been received.
We recommend that you book your tour as soon as all of your travel dates are set. We then can secure your seats for your reservation as soon as possible. Many times our tours become sold out. Tours that may show availability online can easily become sold out, depending on when the full payment for the reservation has been made.

This tour is very inexpensive compared to other tours of these locations. Some of my concerns:
1. What class of hotels are provided, and are they close enough to city life and attractions that we can explore on our own at nights and walk back?
2. The schedule is very aggressive. How many miles in total will be covered, and will we be spending more than 40% of the our waking hours on the bus?

The hotels offered are 3 star hotels, not guaranteed in the heart of the city. One of the many reasons our guest book with us is for our affordable rates, choosing hotels that are not in the center of the city help the prices remain affordable.
We are unable to provide the number of hours spent on the coach from each of the points however please be noted that the travel time can range from 6-7 hours with stops in between for restroom and stretch breaks, as well as meal stops arranged by the tour guide.

If you would like to end the tour in Vienna, please book the tour from June 6th to June 12 online and then leave us a note in the comment box on the check-put page to let us know that you will self dismiss from the hotel on the last day.
The airport transfer service is not included. If you need to book extra airport transfer service, please leave us a note the comment area and we will double check with the local office and send a quotation to you.
Usually, the driver will arrange the pickup and drop off according to your flight details.
