Q: My wife and I are interested to join this tour schedule on 16th Dec 2015. We are from Malaysia. On day 1 of tour, we understood that it is only a pick up day from the airport to the hotel. Is the transfer from airport to hotel and hotel stay on 16th Dec covered in this package? And from day 2 (17th Dec), the tour of Paris starts. How and where to meet? And from day 4 (19th Dec) the tour from Paris to Lucerne starts. How and where to meet?

You need to wait for your tour guide at the hotel lobby on the 2nd day of the tour. On day 4, you can check with the tour guide what the meeting point will be to continue the tour.
