Q: I would like to ask if this tour can be broken in San Francisco and rejoined a few days later? We would be looking at taking in the atmosphere at San Fran and perhaps doing a few other tours there before returning to LA. Thanks

I am paying all costs for 6 adults for the 6 day Yellowstone tour code 2-120. I am trying to figure out how much cash to bring since it appears that the credit card is not an option for this tour. I already know: fuel surcharge- $60 pp. Service fee for guide/driver- $8/pp/ day. I am in the dark as to what the optional tours: crazy horse, Devil's Tower, Great Salt Lake, and national park admissions will cost.Can they be paid via credit card?
