Q: Hi, We are planning to take the tour 82-304 on June 9th. We will be arriving a day earlier June 8th, if we book an hotel with Tours4fun with an hotel beginning code '33-', the website states that you would pick up and drop us at the hotel. Wanted to check the following, - Can we get an extension with the same hotel that the tour is booking as that would help us to be in the same hotel for the next day. - If we happen to be in a different hotel, when and where do we meet the tour. Also wanted to check before what time we should meet the tour on June 9th (Our first day of the tour) so that we dont miss the night tour. View answers (1) A: |

You can simply leave us a note when making reservation online if you want to stay in the same hotel with the first night group hotel, then we can quote for you when we proceed with your order. If the hotel is different, you can choose to join the tour at Chinatown (87 Bowery, NY 10002) or Flushing area (131-80 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354). Or you can self transfer to the first night hotel. Meanwhile, usually customers can book the pre hotel extension at the first night hotel. This means that if 3 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour (except applicable *admission fee $60.00). You will need to select 3 guest in 1 room and the price wil automatically apply the discount. Please leave a note in the comment section that you will bring an infant with you while on tour along with a stroller, we will need the name and date of birth. At the moment the itinerary will be as on the website, you can speak to the tour guide when you arrive if any extra activities will be offered.
