As always, the freshly prepared entrees include guest favorites like Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon, Roasted French Cut Breast of Chicken, Vegetable Ravioli or the Daily Market in a ginger beurre blanc sauce. After a sumptuous dinner, guests can savor their dessert experience with Cappuccino or Espresso. Filet Mignon is available for an additional cost onboard.
