If you need to book air ticket, we recommend that you please book your air ticket after you receive an email from us (within 2 business days) confirming your reservation.

Hotels are classified according to the tourism laws of Spain, Portugal and Morocco. In the event of overbooking, we will arrange for you to stay in a hotel of similar or near-similar standards of service. On occasion, it may be necessary to substitute a hotel of a slightly lower standard. If a single room is not provided where requested, we will refund the supplemental charge.
