Depart from Los Angeles in the morning, travel across San Bernardino National Forest and enter Mojave Desert. Enjoy the unique landscape decorated by bizarre-shaped Joshua Trees. We make a brief stop in Las Vegas in the afternoon and stay overnight in St. George Utah.

Lake Powell

Lake Powell - Antelope Canyon - Horseshoe Bend - Monument Valley

Enjoy a scenic ride on the Colorado Plateau this morning towards Antelope Canyon passing by Glen Canyon Dam, which holds back Lake Powell. Lake Powell is nation's second-largest artificial lake surrounded by 96 side canyons. Antelope Canyon is one of the top ten sites in the world for photography! It is composed of upper and lower canyons, the upper canyon is the Navajo word for "water through the rocks" and lower canyon means "arch-shaped spiral rock." In here, visitors are always amazed by this wavy canyon rock formation, Mother Nature’s Masterpiece. Drive to Horseshoe Bend next - one of the top ten locations in America for photography by National Geographic! Standing by the edge, the view that comprises glowing green water, blue sky, and reddish rock is just breathtaking. After lunch, we continue our trip to Monument Valley, where huge columnar monumental rocks stand sky high! Monument Valley is featured in many famous movies and advertisements. Today we head to Arches national park, the nice view along the way is described in the classic essay, the unique arch formation is resulting from giant salt bed in the deep ground and the erosion over years, over here you have chance to visit the most concentrated nature arches.

Balance rock, Three Gossips, sheep rock, the park is filled with bizarre-shaped rocks, make the feeling you are in the other planet. And you have the exclusive chance to visit the largest nature arches - andscape arch.

Continue to explore Yellowstone National Park this morning! Afterwards, we travel along the Snake River and arrive at Grand Teton National Park, where we see this natural wonder's amazing view. Travel to Jackson, a famous cowboy town as well as a world’s renowned vacation destination. Ride Scenic Chairlift to mountain top over 10,000 feet in elevation and oversee entire Jackson Valley and the Teton Range stretching afar. Stay overnight in Provo Utah.

Tips:

Our pleasant day begins in the morning when we head to the Aquarium of the Pacific. 4th largest of its kind, the Aquarium covers an area of 5 acres and features over 12000 marine life in 500 different species. The Pacific Ocean is the focus of three major permanent galleries, sunny Southern California and Baja, the frigid waters of the Northern Pacific and the colorful reefs of the Tropical Pacific. Walk through the undersea tunnel and enjoy seeing all the marine life, from fierce sharks, to colorful coral reefs and tropical fish, and bizarre jellies, the Aquarium has it all. Board the whale watching boat at noon, and the voyage takes 2.5 hours. The warm Southern California ocean water lures whales, blue whales, grey whales, humpback whales are seen year round. You may even discover a group of orcas (killer whale)! Friendly Capitan switches off the engine when the boat reaches the region where whales are spotted, the world goes quiet, you are soon surrounded by nothing but sound of ocean waves and gulls, blue sky and sea. We'll depart from Los Angeles this morning and drive to Santa Barbara, the ""America’s Riviera!"" Enjoy beautiful scenery of the Pacific Coast along the way. The new Mediterranean and Old Spanish style Architectures are surrounded by flowers and lawns; this little Central California Coastal City is one of the most popular vacation destinations. Then we'll drive to Solvang, Danish for ""Sunny Field!"" The cozy little town is dominated by Danish style architectures and known for warm sunshine year round.

Departing before 2/20/2018: Next we'll to Silicon Valley, the ICON of America’s High Tech Sectors.
Departing from 2/20/2018: Next, we travel to the Icon of America’s High-Tech Sectors – Silicon Valley. Afterwards we'll head to the picturesque Monterey Peninsula, where gentle sea breezes, meandering coast, surging waves, bizarre rocks, adorable seals and sea lions rest on the beach. Here we'll stop at a first-class golf course to sight see. Then we'll view the scenery of the 17 Miles, which is truly breathtaking.

"Itinerary A: Berkeley University - Cable Car - Madame Tussauds/Exploratorium - San Francisco City Tour

In the morning we'll visit the campus of UC Berkeley (admission not included). From the nostalgic campus, the Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Straight can both be seen!

Afterwards we'll drive to San Francisco, home to over 50 rolling hills and surrounded by water on 3 sides. We'll take a cable car ride (own expense), known as “the only mobile monument of America,” and enjoy the city view. Then we'll visit the Golden Gate Bridge before visiting Fisherman's Wharf. Here you can take an optional cruise on the San Francisco Bay (own expense). Next we will visit Madame Tussaud or Exploratorium and then we'll visit the only building remaining from 1915 world’s exposition, the Palace of Fine Arts.

Departing before 2/20/2018: In the morning we'll visit Stanford University (admission not included). It covers 35 square kilometers, the second largest and the most beautiful campus in America. Alumni of Stanford have founded some of the largest high-tech companies: Google, Yahoo, Cisco, and Hewlett Packard.
Departing from 2/20/2018: We visit the campus of UC Berkeley in the morning. Faculty, alumni and staffs of Berkeley have won 72 Nobel Prizes. From the nostalgic campus, Golden Gate Bridge and Golden Gate Straight can both be seen!

Monterey Aquarium or Yosemite National Park - Los Angeles


Itinerary A: 17Miles - Monterey Aquarium - Los Angeles

This morning we'll head to the picturesque Monterey Peninsula, where gentle sea breezes, meandering coast, surging waves, bizarre rocks, adorable seals and sea lions rest on the beach. Here we'll stop at a first-class golf course to sight see. Then we'll view the scenery of the 17 Miles, which is truly breathtaking. In the afternoon we'll return to Los Angeles.

Itinerary B: Yosemite National Park - Los Angeles

In the morning we'll depart from the hotel towards Yosemite National Park. Giant trees, mountains and sparkling streams and lakes, glaciers-carved canyons, all these unique features make up Yosemite. Take a walk in the woods and enjoy the fresh forest air. After lunch, we'll travel across Central Valley of California, where over half of the fruits, nuts, and vegetables grown in country are produced every year. In the evening we'll return to Los Angeles.

Tour4Fun reserves the rights to adjust the itinerary due to weather conditions. In winter, we will visit Monterey Aquarium instead of Yosemite National Park.

Airport drop-off:
The tour normally returns to Los Angeles between 6:30pm - 7:00pm, but there may be a 30-60 minute delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition, traffic jam, etc.

We offer the complimentary airport drop-off service, guests who wish to fly out of LAX on the same day must please book a U.S. domestic flight after 9:30pm. and international flight after 10:30pm.

    As Yellowstone tours are likely to be sold out, we will reserve bus seats once you make reservation. If you would like to make any change for your reservation, please inform us 17 days prior to departure after confirmation, otherwise we will charge additional fees including the $30.00 amendment fee.
    * 10-16 days prior to departure date, 30% penalty fee;
    * 6-9 days prior to departure date, 50% penalty fee;
    * 5 days(working days) prior to departure date, 100% penalty fee.
  • 3rd person Cancellation Policy for Buy 2 Get 3rd Discount:
    We will reserve bus seats for 3rd discounted passengers. Please inform us at least 10 days prior to departure after confirmation, otherwise we will charge additional fees including the $30.00 amendment fee.

  • On the day you visit San Francisco, if you choose not to attend the San Francisco tour and prefer to explore SF at your own pace, then you will need to pay $30.00/person free explore fee and San Francisco mandatory fee.
  • To make your travel more convenient, we suggest you book your tour one month prior to the departure date during the holiday season (New Year/Christmas).
  • Please Note:
    1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
    2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
  • Tours4Fun reserves the rights to adjust the itinerary, if the attractions are closed during holidays or due to weather. The final itinerary is subject to reconfirmation. Please check more details of the itinerary with your guide during the trip.
  • Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
  • Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

  • Please do NOT take pictures on the stairway, bring a camera tripod, or climbing on the walls when visiting Antelope Canyon. Make sure to always follow the Native American guide and obey their instructions. Customers who do not comply with these rules will be sent back to bus without refund.
  • This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. *For buy 2 get 3rd discounted promotion, please choose the actual passenger numbers so that we can reserve the bus seat for each passenger.
*** Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to discounted-fare passenger based on triple or quadruple price.
*No-shows will be assessed a penalty fee $150.00 per passenger, that is to be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation.
*Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
*Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
*Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
*Price for child applies when a 2-9 years old child staying in one standard room as a third or fourth person.

  • Reservation Info

      1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
      2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
      3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
      4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
