From May to September: Get to see and snorkel with the biggest fish in the world, the enormous but harmless Whale Shark! Experience this exciting and exclusive tour with us! 07:00am Pick-up at your hotel in Cancun (06:00am in Playa del Carmen, 05:00am in Tulum). 07:30am Informative briefing at Punta Sam. Our certified guides will provide you with interesting information about the Whale Sharks and the area's ecosystems. 08:00am Departure from Punta Sam towards the Whale Shark reserve in the surrounding waters of Isla Contoy. Once we find them you will have the unique opportunity to snorkel with the biggest fish in the world. 12:30pm Lunch time on the boat. 01:30pm Arrival at Punta Sam and transfer back to your hotel. 02:00pm Arrival at your hotel in Cancun (03:00 pm Playa del Carmen, 04:00 pm Tulum). We recommend bringing: Towels, biodegradable sunscreen, swimming suit, comfortable shoes, impermeable jacket, hat and sunglasses... Reservation Process and E-Ticket
1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation is confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
