Fuel Surcharge

As fuel continues to increase, we are now implementing a fuel surcharge on all bookings. The fuel surcharge, ranging by product from $5 to $30 per person or $25 to $250 per aircraft, will be collected at check-in directly from you for all Grand Canyon tours.
1)All Grand Cayon Tours: $5.00 - $30.00 per person;
2)Private Tours: $75.00 - $250.00 per aircraft;
3)Wedding Packages: $25.00 - $150.00 per aircraft.

Itinerary

This amazing helicopter flight tour over the Las Vegas Strip departs from Las Vegas-McCarran Atlantic Terminal.

Your helicopter awaits to take you on a stunning flight over the famous Las Vegas Strip. See the volcano at the Mirage, and marvel at the fountains of Bellagio. Fly past the Clock Tower of St. Mark's Square at the Venetian and view the replica of the famous Eiffel Tower. Come closer to the Stratosphere than ever before and stare into the face of history at the Fremont Street Experience where the town began a century ago.

- Clients arrive at Las Vegas Terminal for check-in 45 minutes prior to departure.
- All passengers 18 years of age and older must present government-issued photo ID
- Clients board the helicopter. Round-trip aerial flight time is approximately 10-15 minutes
- Views of the Las Vegas Strip and part of Downtown Las Vegas
- Return to Las Vegas Terminal

Pick-up Details / Transfers
From January 15, 2024, the Las Vegas hotels we provide pick ups from will be consolidated to the following five locations: Golden Nugget, Treasure Island, Bellagio, Planet Hollywood, and Excalibur.
We recommend that you book as far in advance to secure preferred pick up and flight times for your tour. Please include your preferred pickup time in the additional notes when booking online (times requested are not guaranteed due to changing schedules and availability).

      • For groups with 10 or more travelers, no portion is refundable if the group cancels within 32 days.

      Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

      *Adult: 12 and older
      *Child: 2-11
      *Children under 2 can still fly free if they sit on an adult's lap.
      *Passengers exceeding 300 lbs/136 kg will be required to purchase an additional seat. When booking, please offer your actual weight.

      Reservation Info

        1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
        2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
        3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
        4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.

        - Prices may vary due to availability. We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice.

        - Local tour provider reserves the right to make modifications to tour arrangements including order of tour activities, hotel and its location if deemed necessary.
