A complimentary City Tour (duration:3.5 hours; meet our tour guide before noon) of Downtown, Stanley Park, Chinatown, Canada Place and Olympic Cauldron. Bonus mini-ferry ride to Granville Island. Vancouver - Kelowna - Vernon

Today we'll pass through Fraser Valley and head east for Kelowna, the heart of the Okanagan Valley. At Lake Okanagan, we'll hear the legendary story and search for the lake monster “Ogopogo.” Afterwards we'll visit the renowned winery to learn about the basics of wine making. After a stop at a honey farm we'll settle down in Vernon.

Day 03
Banff

Vernon - Last Spike - Banff - Gondola - Johnston Canyon - Kananaskis (B/L/D)

Hotel: Stoney Nakoda Resort & Casino or similar

Swing by Eagle Pass via Trans-Canada Highway and visit the Last Spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway.

Passing by Yoho National Park, enter Banff National Park. Take an exciting Gondola Ride(at own expense) to the summit. Explore Johnston Canyon in the afternoon and get super close to the roaring water, breathtaking cliffs and rushing waterfalls. Pass through The Three Sisters and Bow Valley Provincial Park, we will arrive in Kananaskis, where numerous Oscar-nominated movies were filmed. Take the optional Helicopter Tour (at own expense) by dusk for a guaranteed highlight of your trip!

Day 04
Banff

Kananaskis - Moraine Lake - Lake Louise - Banff (B/L/D)

Today we'll pass Castle Mountain and head to Moraine Lake (subject to road condition). After taking some photos here we'll visit the scenic “Jewel of Rockies,” Lake Louise. Celebrate your day of mountain adventures with a fine meal at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise (included with a meal plan).

Next arrive at Town of Banff, capture the best view of Banff Springs and Bow River at the Surprise Corner. Continue with more activities (at own expense) such as Rafting, Horseback Riding etc. Explore on your own for the rest of the day.

Day 05
Jasper

Banff - Columbia Icefield - Jasper

Hotel: Tonquin Inn / Maligne Lodge or similar

In the morning we'll pass by Bow Lake and proceed to Jasper National Park. Feel the pristine combination of uncultivated terrain and wildlife habitat before arriving at the Columbia Icefield. Here we'll ride on the Ice Explorer onto the Athabasca Glacier, where we'll be able to walk out across this great glacier. Next, we'll enjoy a thrilling experience walking on the Glacier Skywalk to enjoy stunning views of the alpine and glacial vistas.

Afterwards we'll visit the amazing Athabasca Falls and stop for the night in Jasper.

Kamloops

Jasper - Kamloops (Via Rocky Mountaineer)

In the morning we'll meet in the lobby and take a shuttle bus to the train station to board the Rocky Mountaineer.

As you journey southwest you will be surrounded by the dramatic scenery of the Continental Divide and by the river valleys of the Monashee and Cariboo Mountains. Today’s highlights include Mt. Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies at 3,954 metres, and Pyramid Creek Falls, descending from a hanging valley above North Thompson River.

Vancouver

Kamloops - Vancouver (VIA Rocky Mountaineer)

Today we'll meet in the hotel lobby in the morning and continue your rail journey westwards. Along the way, you will experience dramatic changes in scenery as we pass steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River and the rushing waters of Hell’s Gate in the Fraser Canyon.

On arrival in Vancouver, tour guide will meet you at the train station and transfer you to your hotel.

【Vancouver Arrival】
For Canadian domestic arrivals, please meet at the Claim Belt #3; for international flight arrivals, please meet at the 'Welcome Figures' wooden statue in Arrival Hall.

Vancouver Cruise Terminal arrival, please meet our guide at Pan Pacific Hotel Entrance at 9:45 am. Please contact our guide to confirm the pick-up time and location. Afterwards you will join the half-day Vancouver City Tour before you are transferred to your hotel. (Please leave your cruise information, such as arrival time and location when you make the order.)

***Complimentary YVR Airport Transfer Time: 8:00am - 9:30pm for Richmond Hotels(Type B hotels) and 8:00am - 8:00pm for Downtown Hotels (Type D hotels).

We offer one complimentary airport pick-up from YVR Airport or one complimentary Vancouver Cruise Terminal pick-up for each order within the above time frame. After the tour we transfer guests to the airport all together (please feel free to ask us about availability and prices for additional drop-off services beyond the listed time frames).

We can only offer passengers one complimentary airport pick-up for one room within this time frame. Guests who are booked under a group but have a different arrival time than their group will need to self-transfer to their hotel.

If you book this tour with pre or post hotel extension, we can offer the airport pick-up service before the departure day or airport drop-off service after the tour end day. Please contact us for a quotation. Passengers staying at hotels conveniently close to the airport are encouraged to transfer via the airport's free shuttle system.

【Seattle Arrival】
Sea-Tac Airport Arrivals: your pick-up location is at the Luggage Claim Belt #14 at approximately 12:00 pm (Bonus Complimentary Mini Excursion of Seattle, instead of Vancouver City Tour; Saturday pick-up time is postponed approximately 30 minutes).

For downtown arrival, please meet the tour guide at the Seattle Aquarium Main Entrance at approx. 1:45pm. Transfer to Vancouver Hotel after a brief stop at Space Needle.

Seattle Cruise Terminal arrival, please meet our guide at Pier 91 or Pier 66 at 1:15pm. Please contact your guide to confirm the pick-up time and location. After you will be transferred to the Seattle City tour before being transferred to your hotel. (Please leave your cruise information, such as arrival time and location when you make the order.)

There will be extra charge for Seattle pick up service ($55 per person per way). Please choose when booking.

【Vancouver Departure】
The complimentary transfer times are between 8:00am - 9:30pm (Richmond Hotel) or 8:00am - 8:00pm (Downtown Hotel).
For customers who don't need airport transfer, we can drop you off at River Rock (on River Rd), Richmond or Chinese Cultural Centre 50 E. Pender St.

【Seattle Departure】
We suggest guests book their flights after 3:00pm. If your tour ends on Saturday, we suggest you please arrange your flight after 4:00pm.

  • Please contact us to provide your flight information at least 7 days before your tour departure.
  • A visa is not required for U.S. Citizens. Please bring your Photo I.D and proof of citizenship (U.S. birth certificate or naturalization certificate) for re-entry to the United States. A passport is highly recommended. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate. If you are not an American citizen or a permanent resident, please bring your passport, I-94 card or resident alien card. Due to heightened security at the border, additional paperwork is required from visitors from some countries. Please be aware of the status of your country of origin or check with the local immigration office to ensure that multiple-entry into the U.S. is allowed. This will avoid unnecessary delays. Should any person be detained upon re-entry to the U.S., we will be unable to wait while additional paperwork is filed. Additional charges may apply for transportation.
  • Please note that each customer can only take one standard check-in luggage and one carry-on bag. Extra luggage is subject to a surcharge of USD$35.00 per piece.
  • If you would like to stay at a specific hotel in Vancouver (anyone we offer from A to D), there will be an extra charge of $40.00 per room per night.

  • We strongly recommend that you should contact your airline and local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival information and pickup arrangement before your departure.
  • Comfortable shoes with non-slip soles and repellent are recommended. Be prepared for unexpected extreme weather in the Rockies.
  • A light coat is recommended during the summer. A winter jacket is required for autumn through spring. A hat, umbrella, sunglasses, and bug repellent are also recommended.
  • Flight information must be provided in order for airport transfer services to be arranged. If flight information is not provided or is provided at the last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour's first night's hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour's departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Tours4Fun/local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service. However, this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour's first night's hotel.
  • Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
  • Please Note:
    1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
    2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
  • Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
  • Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
  • Tours4Fun cooperates with top local area tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers. We provide tour coaches that all are insured with a liability insurance coverage from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 to make sure that your trips are safer and more enjoyable.
  • All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Any violation will be penalized $350 and up (non-refundable cleaning fee).
  • This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

*Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
*Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
*Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room but it can be requested at the time of check-in.
*Price for child applies when a 2-11 years old child staying in one standard room as a third or fourth person.
*Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.
***Please note that infant(s) also needs to pay for the tour fare $45.00 per day. According to the law, it is illegal to have infant get on the bus without seat. If guests don't pay for infant, then, the infant cannot get on the bus (then at least one passenger cannot join the coach tour to take care the infant). So, If you have infant(s) participate in the tour, please DO leave us a note to remark the actual number of passengers. We'll notify you with the charges.
*Since the price for Banff upgrade hotel is changeable, the tour fee is subject to final confirmation.

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
