California Academy of Science Make sure you Hop Off at Stop #4 For this tour. It's home to a Planetarium, Aquarium, an enclosed rain Forest and a natural History Museum. Spend the day learning about the evolution of life on Earth at the Natural History Museum, checking out the largest planetarium in the world at the Morrison Planetarium, getting up close to some of the 38,00 live animals in the Steinhart Aquarium and stepping inside the 4 story rainforest dome to discover birds, frog and fish.

Check out the home of San Francisco’s Fishing fleet and old factories & warehouses which have been convert into great shops and restaurants. Visits sites like The Cannery at Del Monte Square, Ghirardelli Square, San Francisco Maritime Historic Park at the Hyde Street Pier & Aquatic Park, and Hyde Street Hill where you’ll see the famous cable cars.
Cow Hollow - Stop #2
Hop On or Off at: Lombard Street at Gough (in front of the Town House Motel)
This is a convenient stop for hotel on Van Ness and Lombard; it’s also walking distance from to the “Crooked-est street in the world”.
Golden Gate Bridge - Stop #3
Hop On or Off at: South Vista Point
This stop is perfect for a photo op. You’ll have the opportunity to enjoy great views of San Francisco Skyline, Alcatraz Island and the Golden Gate Bridge. Don’t forget! Golden Gate Park/California Academy of Science - Stop #4
Hop On or Off at: Concourse Drive, in front of the Academy of Sciences (Sundays and Holidays: 8th Ave. & Fulton)
There are a number of attractions on this stop including the Music Concourse and Cultural Heart of Golden Gate Park, De Young Museum, the Botanical Japanese Tea Gardens and the California Academy of Science.
Haight Ashbury - Stop #5
Hop On or Off at: Haight Street at Stanyan (in fron of McDonald’s)
Visit the Eclectic district, it’s home to one of a kind shops, trendy Cafes, bars and restaurant. This area is famous for its role in the 1960’s hippie movement and is still a center for bohemian culture.
City Hall - Stop #6
Hop On or Off at: McAllister St.

This stop is walking distance to Westfield Shopping Center and Market Street’s Muni and Bart stations.
Union Square - Stop #8
Hop On or Off at: Geary Street at Powell (across from Macy’s) During construction Post Street @ Stockton (across from Levi’s)
Visit the Central Shopping and Theatre District. It features department stores, upscale boutiques, art galleries, salons, grand hotels, and repertory theatres. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit Westfield Centre and the Cable Cars.
Chinatown Gate - Stop #9
Hop On or Off at:Grant Street at Bush – across from Chinatown Gate
Enter ““The Dragon Gate” to visit the Chinatown. Or visit San Francisco’s very own quaint French Quarter.
Barbary Coast/ Chinatown - Stop #10
Hop On or Off at: Kearny Street, between Clay & Washington (across from Portsmouth Square)
This is where Chinatown meets the Financial District and the Barbary Coast.
North Beach/ Little Italy - Stop #11
Hop On or Off at: Columbus Street at Powell
Discover the cafe’s, restaurants, and gelaterias. You can also walk to Coit Tower, the worlds “crookedest street”, and Saints Peter and Paul Cathedral.
Alcatraz Landing - Stop #12
Hop On or Off at: On the Embarcadero - Between Pier 35 and Pier 33
This stop is the departure point of the Ferries and Tours to the infamous Alcatraz Island.
Pier 39 / Aquarium of the Bay - Stop #13
Hop On or Off at: Pier 39 pullout (during special events corner of Beach & Stockton across from “F” Muni stop)
This is the last stop bringing the bus full circle back to Fisherman’s Wharf. You’ll enjoy restaurants, souvenir shop, a world class aquarium, and the San Francisco Sea Lions.
